1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Green FuudNParcel platform, mobile applications, or web portal at https://greenfuud.com/ (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Platform Overview & Services

Green FuudNParcel provides a multi-service digital logistics, concierge, and delivery gateway operating within Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. Our core services include:

• Food Delivery: Connecting users with third-party local kitchens, vendors, and restaurants.
• Parcel Dispatch: Instant point-to-point courier and parcel pickup/delivery via registered dispatch bike riders.
• Shop4Me Personal Shopper: A concierge service sending a dedicated shopper to designated supermarkets/stores to purchase goods on your behalf.

3. User Accounts and Address Verification

• Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information, sender/receiver details, and delivery addresses.
• Address Validation Requirement: To unlock distance-based pricing and ensure accurate dispatch, users must select verified location suggestions provided by our integrated Google Places drop-down engine until the green ✓ VALIDATED indicator appears. Orders submitted with unverified or manually mistyped addresses may experience delay, pricing adjustments, or cancellation.

4. Service-Specific Operating Rules

• Food Delivery — Single-Kitchen Basket Rule: To preserve meal preparation speed and rider efficiency, your shopping basket may only contain items from one restaurant or kitchen vendor at a time. Switching to another vendor requires clearing your current active basket.
• Shop4Me Concierge:

  Users maintain dynamic 2-way communication with their personal shopper during item collection to approve inventory modifications or substitutes. Shoppers upload official store register/POS receipts to the Platform prior to checkout.

  Payment Split: Item costs are paid directly to the target store/supermarket's official account as verified on the receipt. Logistics, service, and delivery charges (minimum ₦1,000 base fee) are paid via the Platform or directly to the rider upon fulfillment.

• Parcel Dispatch Restrictions: Users may not send illegal drugs, hazardous materials, firearms, stolen property, unsealed dangerous chemicals, or contraband under Nigerian law via our parcel dispatch riders. Green FuudNParcel riders reserve the right to inspect outer packaging if reasonable suspicion arises.

5. Delivery Verification PIN

Every completed booking generates a unique 4-Digit Delivery PIN. You agree to keep this PIN confidential and release it to the dispatch rider ONLY after you have received and physically inspected your package or order. Transferring this PIN to a rider constitutes your formal acknowledgment that the order was safely and completely delivered.

6. Payments and Financial Terms

• Payment Gateway: Platform logistics fees, food orders, and service charges are processed through Paystack using secure Nigerian debit cards, USSD codes, or direct bank transfer mechanisms.
• Pricing & Distance: Logistics fees are calculated based on real-time distance matrix routing. Prices are subject to dynamic updates during peak delivery windows or extreme weather events in Abuja.

7. Limitation of Liability

Green FuudNParcel acts as an intermediary technology and logistics platform. While we enforce strict rider and vendor standards, we are not liable for:

• Quality or preparation flaws originating entirely from third-party restaurant kitchens.
• Supermarket stock shortages during Shop4Me runs.
• Delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, traffic grids, or civil disruption within the FCT.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Abuja, Nigeria.

1. Order Cancellations

• Food Delivery: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the partner kitchen has not yet accepted or started preparing your meal. Once food preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Parcel Dispatch: Cancellations are free up to the moment a dispatch rider is assigned and en route to your pickup location. If a rider arrives at the pickup address and the order is canceled by the sender, a basic base mileage fee will apply.
• Shop4Me Concierge: You may cancel prior to the shopper making purchases inside the store. Once items are billed at the checkout counter and a receipt is generated, supermarket item costs are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible to request a full or partial refund or platform wallet credit under the following conditions:

• Missing or Incorrect Items: If an item from a food order is missing or completely wrong (and confirmed via your 2-Way chat or support receipt review).
• Damaged Parcel: If goods in transit suffer clear damage due to rider mishandling (must be reported before releasing your 4-Digit Delivery PIN).
• Unfulfilled Orders: If an order is canceled by Green FuudNParcel due to kitchen closure, rider unavailability, or extreme routing impediments.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Orders where the recipient provided an incorrect address or phone number, leading to an impossible delivery attempt.
• Orders where the customer released the 4-Digit Delivery PIN to the rider prior to checking their package. Releasing the PIN serves as final confirmation of safe delivery.
• Food orders where the taste, spice preference, or preparation style aligns with the restaurant's menu description but does not meet personal preference.

4. Refund Processing Window

Approved refunds are remitted back to your original payment method (via Paystack) or issued as instant platform credit. Bank/Card refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your Nigerian banking institution.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for operational efficiency, including:

• Calculating real-time dispatch routes and logistics pricing across Abuja.
• Enabling real-time 2-way chat between you and your Shop4Me personal shopper.
• Generating secure 4-digit Delivery PINs for fulfillment confirmation.
• Sending transactional status updates, receipt uploads, and support communications.
• Preventing fraudulent transactions or unauthorized platform usage.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share limited operational data strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Dispatch Riders & Shoppers: Provided with your delivery location, recipient phone number, and fulfillment instructions to complete the task.
• Payment Processors: Paystack processes payment transactions under PCI-DSS bank-grade encryption protocols.
• Legal Requirements: If required by Nigerian law enforcement or valid court orders within the FCT.

4. Data Security

We deploy HTTPS encryption protocols, secure tokenized APIs, and restricted administrative dashboards to safeguard your location, order history, and contact details from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights Under NDPA

As a user in Nigeria, you reserve the right to:

• Access, review, or request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate address details or contact information.
• Request the deletion of your account and personal history, subject to legal record-retention requirements.
